Ride Safe on the Golden Gate!

Detour on North Side of Bridge

The portion of Conzelman Road below the north side of the Golden Gate Bridge is open to bicycle and pedestrian traffic. However, it will be closed in the event the Department of Homeland Security raises the security alert to "orange" or "red." When closed, use Alexander Avenue to access Fort Baker, Discovery Museum and Sausalito.
